Our design & engineering department offers support to our customers in the areas
of design, material selection, production, assembly, on-site installation. We also offer our standard product range of stainless steel materials, handling, and processing equipment. Our highly experienced engineering staff provides tool design and tooling support for today’s busy manufacturing engineering.
Projects range from simple holding, storage, or masking fixtures to complex pick and place units that need a high level of CAD drawing and engineering specification. These are supplied with full engineering certification and materials trace ability along with a list of spare parts and CE Marking.

OCS-I/O is a modular I/O system for OCS offering a fieldbus network (CsCAN) from the CNX116 base. It is a flexible I/O system that can be applied as a local expansion I/O or as remote I/O distributed over hundreds of meters.
The CNX116 Base contains the network connection and a small amount of additional I/O. Further I/O can be added from a range of additional modules allowing up to 7 modules per base and 16 Bases per network.
Cscape Free PLC software combines graphical ladder diagram programming (based on IEC-1131) with operator interface development to completely integrate the control package.

The Horner App is our first automation app to give customers the ability to access all WebOCS enabled controllers with their iOS or Android phone or tablet. You will be able to organise WebMI access and visualisation, and FTP files in and out of your Horner devices, using the file integration of your phone or tablet.
With Horner WebMI, you can monitor and control plant data from the palm of your hand by accessing Web Pages that are published directly from the OCS Controller. WebMI allows OCS Application Screens and Data to be created as Webpages, these can be interacted with or you can create different pages using the same data. With the Horner App, these Web pages can be monitored and controlled from your tablet or other mobile device.
